If we decide to work together, we put a simple service agreement in place written in plain language, not legal jargon. It defines our scope of work, includes a symbolic onboarding fee, and follows a success-based payment model. You can continue your own search in parallel, and we only charge the main fee if we secure an apartment for you.

We actively monitor the market, screen listings, and focus only on properties that match your agreed criteria. Suitable options are shared with you quickly, along with clear input on fit, risks, and next steps, so decisions can be made without guesswork.

We coordinate and attend property viewings, either with you or on your behalf. When we attend alone, we provide detailed video walkthroughs along with our own clear, honest impressions to help you make an informed decision.

We support you in completing application dossiers and handle communication with landlords or agents together with you. We manage follow-ups, clarify open points, and guide you through the process to improve approval chances and avoid delays.

Once you are accepted, we support you through contract review, coordination with the landlord or agent, and move-in preparation. We stay in touch after contract signing to ensure the everything go smoothly.
